At first they doubt that if this product worked I read so many good and bad reviews but I preferred to give my own criteria and in short they are worth it they have helped me a lot I am in my second bottle and I recommend them 100%, before I did not ovulate because of the cysts in the ovaries but this helped me control hunger, anxiety, stress, I got my period after a long time, and ovulation

I suggest these so much. Take them regularly, and you’ll see improvements within a week most likely (I did). These are helping me SO much with my PCOS (PMOS). I am an alcoholic and combined with my PCOS, my period was so delayed because my body wasn’t healthy. I stopped drinking alcohol on 6/9/2026, took only 2 supplements yesterday 6/11 and I started my cycle again this morning after my last one was 4/25/2026! I do 2 or 4 capsules depending on how sensitive my tummy is that day, but even 2 work so well. They make me feel brighter and more functional, literally from within.

So, for context sake, I have lots of health issues and take a lot of medication and supplements regularly. I choked one of these pills down but couldn’t get a second one. I have never had such a hard time with a pill before. They are pretty big pills, but idk what it is that just IMMEDIATELY makes me gag and upchuck a little but OMFG. I’m leaving a 3 star review because I want to try again as I could REALLY use this for my PCOS… but my God….. I will say that the caps for these are pretty loose and I have read some of the reviews about hair in the pills and I encourage you to push your cap in a little tighter if you think you see hair because it could be a break in the pill’s powder that just looks like hair. I had that and when I pushed it in it wasn’t hair. Because they’re so loose I may try opening up the caps and putting the powder into a smoothie or something and see if I can take it that way. Will update as I try new things. Update 1: I have had success with putting the powder into a smoothie at 1:1cup of smoothie ratio without having taste problems. And I have also had success with emptying 14 capsules into a boxed muffin mix, choosing poppyseed almond to try and cut the flavor. My mix made 8 muffins and that means it’s just a little under 2 pills worth per muffin. So right now I’m eating a muffin and making a smoothie per day lol and coming out to a little over 2-3 pills worth a day. Update 2: Their customer support contacted me almost straight away after my initial review came through, and this company is SOOOO good about customer service, oh my goodness. I received an apology for my difficulties, a full refund for the product, PLUS a “goodwill bonus” (which was two extra dollars) , and they just recently checked in with me again to see if my refund got to me okay and if there was any other supplement I wanted to try for free. I greatly appreciate their kindness and understanding and I have never had such great customer service before. I looked at the seller profile and they sell a lot of products related to women and women’s health even outside of just supplements. I recommend buying from them if they have anything you want/need. Just really great people. Update 3: I have found out that the reason I am gagging so bad may actually be a personal intolerance to certain forms of vitamin D. I’m unsure and plan to look into that, but it could literally be my own fault I can’t take the pill well, not their product. Hope all that helped other people make an informed decision! Sorry for the long-winded review.

La verdad anteriormente el dolor en el momento de la menstruación era un poco fuerte y con este suplemente se han vuelto bastante tolerantes hasta la cantidad del sangrado se ha regulado. Es la segunda vez que las compro. Es importante saber que en las recomendé uso informan tomar 4 cápsulas al dia. Yo las tomo con agua, dos por la mañana 15 minutos antes de desayunar y dos en la noche con la última comida

Si cumple con lo especificado para qie sea un buen inositol (40:1) Solo el reetiquetado en español está mal hecho, como si trajera super poquito del valor y en todo el envase fueran los 2000 mg y además llego de un día para otro Sugiero cambiar el etiquetado respetando los valores originales, fuera de eso, excelente producto
