Carllg Neti Pot - Nasal Irrigation Wash Bottle, Sinus Rinse Salt Packets

Aha! Finally a better nasal irrigator. I thought my choices were pressureless neti pot, old school squeeze bottle or expensive powered counter space occupying devices. This bottle is definitely higher quality than the regular squeeze bottles, and I lovvvve the angle of it. Makes it so much easier and so much cleaner. No more water everywhere. And the volume of water is plenty. I like how you can do the pushbutton, though I don't understand how that would be enough pressure. But I like that you can simply squeeze it instead. But it feels like squeezing a higher quality bottle, not like crumpling a thin disposable water bottle. Definitely feel like I leveled up. So nice if I'm a little congested, it cleans me out so I can breathe! If I'm out doing yardwork during allergy season, I can come back in, clean up, and I have no big allergy symptoms. It can be a challenge to get water that's not from tap, but warm (but not too hot)...I'm sure others have figured out great methods. I just use the kettle that's already been boiled before and turn it on just enough to warm it up and that works.

I had never done nasal irrigation—raised by my grandmother, she did it regularly (live to 102). My sinuses haven't been great for a while, I finally visited an ENT doctor, who prescribed irrigation (and Flonase). I already buy distilled drinking water, so it's very easy for me. Fill a measuring cup with water, stick it in the microwave for 30-40 seconds to get it warm, pour it into the container, pour in the packet of salt, screw the top on, lean over the sink, and let it flow. Rinse it out when I'm done, ready to go for next time. A very inexpensive but practical and easy to use product.

I used to use neti pots 20 years ago or so. They look like Aladdin's lamp and when you tried to use them it would leak from the top and spill everywhere. With his design it is very easy and works well. I read that there was leaks but I had no issues with mine. If there was a leak all I had to do was tighten it and everything was okay. I microwave the distilled water with solution at 102° and it works perfect. Even microwave I have no leaks. I have bought two for my friends and have told all my business associates about this product and its quality. I'm happy that I purchased it.

There was no way I would spend $100 for a Navage. But this cheaper alternative, to a nettie pot, worked like a charm and stuff came out that must have been there for years. Obviously an infection. Took 3 times and I could finally feel the salt burn deep in my sinuses. Now I can really breath! Wish I had invented this myself. Duh!

I had been putting off using a nasal wash (psychological problem on my part) although friends and neighbors said it was not a big deal. I had a sinus infection and the ENT recommended using a nasal wash, so I finally gave it a try. My friends and neighbors were right. It was very easy to use and I had NO discomfort. I didn't expect it to be so easy. This product, and the way it's designed, made it very easy to use. I'd highly recommend it.

This natural gravity fed release design is the best I’ve used. The flow is smooth and even. Easy on/off control with spring loaded button. The bottle holds enough to rinse both nostrils during one application. Worth mentioning also, along with the saline, I create a more beneficial solution by adding in the Alkalol Nasal Wash solution (found on Amazon). The menthol effect of the Alkalol makes breathing easier. So it becomes a multi-purpose rinse. Clean, moisturize, and breath better. I will no longer use my previous Neil Med rinse bottle which is an upward flow squeeze type producing irregular pressure and uneven flows of the solution.

This neti pot is perfect for mild stuffy nose. It really helps clear out your sinuses when you’re just a little congested. But if your nose is completely blocked, you can only flush one side, and it doesn’t do much to help the severe congestion

Ok. We all know that doing the netti thing sucks at first. I have used the battery powered nose blow 5000, way too much. This has a button on the end and provides a little pressure when your clogged up but not too much. Love this one. Make sure to use warm water, give the salts/saline, some time to dissolve and go from there. I high recommend rinsing the bottle out when done. Over time, if you don't, the spring in the button might stick from the salt. if that happens, boil it and you will get a way longer life from it. Considering your jamming the other end up your nose, clean that too folks. As my 7 year old says. "Its not physics" lol
