Is this compatible with the samsung galaxy note 10 plus?

I have a Note 9 and it does not work on my phone, but my phone is also in the list as compatible. Also, the eraser on mine acts like another stylus rather than an eraser. I'm on here to find out if it needs to be programed or returned.

We recommend that you carry the Noris digital in a pencil case. If it is transported loose in a bag or backpack, it is possible that it will be exposed to pressure from other objects in the bag. This way the stylus will break, just like a normal pencil would do.
