A: I’m not sure what you mean? Which floors? As do you mean fixed as in working (which they are not) or as in fixed in place. They are fixed in place as per the instructions.

A: No, it's not an official Lego item just Lego compatible.It is just a set of lights .

**Q: Is it for use when first putting the Diner together, or can you still install lights if the set is already completed?**
A: Complete the model first and then fit the lighting kit

**Q: what batteries are needed for the led lights**
A: AA batteries but difficult to fit. The kit is not worth it, no clear instructions and very poor customer service.
