Newness focus on Stainless Steel Products are made in china

Is the mesh and the entire item in general made of 304 food grade stainless steel?

Hello, thanks for your asking. The mesh of the Newness fine mesh skimmer spoon is made of food grade 304 stainless steel. Thank you.

Where are these made?

The makers mark is on the handle, it says Newness Focus on Stainless Steel. There is no country of origin on the utensils, but I found elsewhere that all Newness products are made in china

What is the mesh hole size? Is it 38 microns (400 mesh)?

I don’t know what 38 microns or 400 mesh stands for but if you are looking for a fine mesh, these are. I use these to skim particles from my soup base particularly the impurities from soup bones. Hope this helps!
