Just my opinion* but the pepper flavor of these is over the top, too strong. they need to turn the pepper dial down a bit. But I'll still order Tillamook products any day of the week! They're fresh they're good they're handy!

Absolutely love the texture of these; if you are a meat stick connoisseur, you know that is often difficult to get right. The outside is dry and has a nice snap, not greasy at all. The inside is soft, bursting with flavor, and not filled with some of the hard bits of gristle, bone, etc. you get in some sausage sticks. With that said, these are very peppery. This is not a mildly peppered meat stick. So if you are se sensitive with hard spices, you might want to opt for their non-peppered options. Price is on par with meat sticks these days. Would buy again, but probably not the peppered next time.

I bought as gifts for Christmas. I bought different flavors. We enjoyed trying them. My favorite is teriyaki. Good value for your money

I am picky about beef jerky but I love these. The pepper version is slightly spicy but I enjoyed the kick! Great product since it's not overly salty or greasy.

These taste stale right away, love some of the other sticks, maybe these larger ones just don't eat the same
