I was worried about getting a meal replacement shake as most taste awful but this isn’t the case with the Keto Slim Fast (vanilla) It tastes just like vanilla icecream to me I add two scoops with water and dairy free milk to my shake bottle (making it full to the top - bottle size is 600ml) and this consistency is thick and creamy. I also add some pecan nuts on occasion to give different flavour but you could experiment with other things. Definitely great to have for breakfast or inbetween snack (keeps you full). Perfect for anyone trying to stick to keto dieting x

Great Keto shake full of fat more fat than others shake I had , also the taste is smooth and delicious so it’s my favourite now and this is my 3 rd purchase so far x

Used this a fair bit. Its a nice enough shake thats low carb and supports a keto/atkins diet. Its pros are that its very filling and can keep me going most of the morning before getting hungry, it comes in a ten portion tub with its own scoop included (2 scoops in a portion). Its not the easiest to mix so id recommend using a shaker with a mesh top which does most of the work for you. It tastes fine, not delicious but not bad and reasonably choclatey. Will probably buy again as low carb shakes can be very variable and this is consistent, although prices seem to be all over the place

Not too sure about this shake. Strange flavour & texture & quite sweet. Mixes really well, no lumps. Its ok if theres no milk at hand. I prefer original slimfast made with almond milk, better value and thicker consistency. I can not get used to this, the more i drink it the more i dislike it. I have also started getting stomach pains after drinking this. I am finding it a little filling. I will not buy again

When I did Keto in 2016 it was very difficult and required a lot of thought for someone who has a lot of other things going on in life. I stuck at it for 18 months, and it worked brilliantly for weight loss and energy gain but required a lot of planning for meal prep and snacks - eventually reverting to a normal diet after growing tired of the planning and prep. Now in 2022 I'm just starting Keto again and the entire Keto landscape has changed in the UK because of products like this Keto Shake. I use it to replace the carbs I'd otherwise eat at lunch (usually a salad) and dinner, which simplifies family tea time considerably. It's probably not enough on its own to replace a meal, but I wouldn't want to miss out on multiple meals per day anyway - 1-2 shakes per day as a carb replacement is a perfect fit for me.

I got this after reading the positive reviews but it’s not really for me. It mixes with water which is very convenient for work but I found the consistency a bit thin for my personal liking. It did keep me feeling full but I prefer the standard slimfast powder shakes and I have taken to mixing this with milk rather than water. Personally I prefer the standard slimfast shakes but for someone doing keto then it’s a good product.

Honestly, this was disgusting. There is so much fat in it, it was like trying to swallow down liquid lard, highly flavoured with very strong vanilla flavouring. I took a few sips and almost threw up! I then tried the chocolate version - took a couple of sips - same thing. If I wanted to eat liquid lard, I'd melt some in a pan. These are truly awful. What a complete waste of money. I think the only way you'd lose weight on these is if you were forced to drink them, and then your stomach was so sick and nauseous, you couldn't eat anything else for a week!
