I just started taking it, hair is looking healthier. If you’re looking for products for better hair taking amla powder, also known as goose berry, definitely helps. Been taking about half a teaspoon with three ounces of water twice a day. It’s what all the Bollywood ladies take that makes their hair so shiny and thick. Also kelp tablets, the natural iodine in it helps regulate thyroid function. For some reason it increases keratin production. Also one teaspoon of blackstrap molasses in a cup of warm water brings your hair back to its natural color. You’ll notice results with one or all of these in a few weeks. Hope this helps. Good luck
