Even non-toxic, non-stick cooking.
Love these pans! I purchased them because I was looking for a non-toxic option for sauce pans, but that would deliver good cooking results as well, as I am an avid cook. Good quality aluminum clad pans were out of my price range, so this was a good second choice that has met my expectations. It is important to follow the instructions for heat exposure (not for oven or high heat cooking). They are a good product and a great price point.

Most exciting thing, it comes with decent screw driver. Not some small flimsy little Allen wrench. An actual Phillips screw driver!Easy to assemble. And I haven’t had any issues of soot on the bottom of my pans like other people are complaining about. I have a gas stove. Maybe it’s because I hand wash them?Why it’s not a perfect 5/5 review: One of the handles came with warped holes where the screw is supposed to go, making it a little difficult to screw in tightly and line up properly.It is recommended that you season them at least once before use. Nothing fancy, just wash, dry, coat with a little cooking oil and heat it up for like 3 minutes and you’re good to go.Note: These are not lightweight pans. They are about as heavy as a cast iron.

Greatest pans ever! Nothing sticks! Can practically wipe clean with paper towel. Love the wood handles.

Started to chip off pan within a month
Why did you pick this product vs others?:The inside of the pan is nonstick. The concern is that within a month or so of use, the material of the side of the pan is chipping off! I don’t know what this material is that is peeling off and it worries me as it can get into my food. We never have used a Brillo pad on them just a soft sponge to wash. What is this material that is coming off the pan?
