What is the primary difference between the "health blood" product and garden of life's other product - "raw iron"?

Which type of iron is in the pills (i.e. heme)?  I have not found that on the label.

The Vitamin Code Healthy Blood is non-heme. Non-heme is the type of iron found in plants. Our Healthy Blood provides RAW, 
whole food iron that has been clinically shown to be gentle on the stomach and non-binding.

Along with RAW vitamins B6, B12 and Folate, plus RAW vitamin C to help support cellular transport, absorption and metabolism of these essential nutrients.
