Absolutely perfect little mic for the home office. Little pricey but it is the best mic/speaker combo that you might be looking for. I actually got this just for the mic but the mic/speaker combo was so good that I stopped using the laptop speaker. Pros - Great quality audio pickup via the mic (works a couple of feet away too) - Great speakers - No echo when using the same device as input/output - Great native integration with zoom on Mac (muting the device mutes zoom) Cons - Price - Minimum volume is often not that low - Red cable!

I am using it with microsoft teams. Its not a teams version but gets the job done. I am sitting at appx 2 feet from it and people at other end can hear me without issues. Although since everyone at other end do not use high quality mics, it should have been little louder . But good product for wfh

To use this device: Install Plantronics Hub application in your laptop to tweak settings of this device. Upgrade to latest software version. Explore different settings and change them according to your need. You can also switch off the 'mute on/off' voice via application. Note: The product image is bit misleading. There is no Teams icon on the device I received. However, it is very much compatible with Microsoft Teams provided Skype is disabled by your organization. If you have both Skype and Teams due to limitation at Microsoft's end this device will pair with Skype by default. As I only have Teams in my system...I can pick up and end calls directly through calling button in this device. My husband who has both Skype and Teams is unable to do so (has to use call button within Teams application instead). Pros: Sleek Nice build quality Sound quality Compatible with MS Teams (provided Skype is disabled) Cons: Does not have Bluetooth The seller was extremely supportive in answering all my product queries in timely manner. Though I was initially worried that product is faulty...eventually realized that it is Skype which is causing trouble not the product in itself. If Bluetooth is not a deal breaker for you go for this device instead of Jabra 510 MS. Jabra is overpriced for the features it offers. I own this model of Jabra and didn't notice any significant difference between sound quality of P3200 Vs. 510MS. Jabra feels a bit softer on ears. If you wish to buy Jabra...use corporate website for better discounts. Speaker Vs. Headphones: - speakers are easy on ears even with prolonged usage given wfh and incessant office calls - If you suffer from sinusitis, migrane etc. trust me speaker is a big relief. My episodes of headache have reduced significantly. - Speaker helps me zone out during those useless conference calls In a nutshell great investment.

The product worked fantastically well for the first 4 days. People at the other hand of my video conferences said they could hear me perfectly well. The speaker was also clear and more than loud enough for my meetings. But on the 5th day morning, the speaker sound dropped abruptly as I attended my first meeting of the day. Tried all possible troubleshooting steps I could think of but to no avail. So, it practically became useless. I had a high regard for Plantronics products since the time I purchased their ‘Voyager Legend Bluetooth Headset’ 7 years ago. I still have it with me and it still works fine. Based on the past experience, I purchased ‘BackBeat Pro 5100 True Wireless Earbuds’ 4 years ago and within a week they stopped pairing with my phone. Plantronics support team earnestly tried to fix it for 3 or 4 days and eventually suggested me to return the product as the Amazon return window was still open. Because of that experience, this time I have opted to return ‘Calisto P3200 USB-A’—when the Amazon CC executive also suggested to do so—instead of contacting the Poly (earlier Plantronics) support team. The required to engage with the support team is taxing considering the already occupied work schedule. Not happy to return it as I loved it until the time it worked.

Review after 8 days of usage: i was in a meeting with mute and suddenly during meeting the red light of speaker turned off even i did not touch mute button on speaker or through MS teams mute click. Amd the red light was flickering only inside call button (see my third image). Speaker was still in mute but showing white light which shows when you are not on mute. Raised with seller as I can't replace or return from amazon as it happened on 8th day. Got a call from seller support on previous issues quickly but not much help as this speaker is what it is nothing can be improved on noise cancellation apart from setting from MS teams/windows sound settings adjustments. ------------- Review after using for 3 days: mute on/off button from device works. Install software from poly website to do extra settings like making MS Teams (or any other calling app) as default. I am using it only with laptop so far. Call quality is average not extremely great. Noise cancellation not working fine, other listeners on the call are complaining. Also biggest issue is call aign button on device doesn't work at all. I don't know why its given. Color changes to red when mute is engaged either from device or application. Light weight, good small size, build quality is above average not extra superior. Wire could have been little longer. Works fine from far too. Taken a call with few steps walk within the room and no issue and can catch voice from all angles equally. Contacting seller to clarify if any troubleshooting possible for noise cancellation and call button issue. I will update this review after their response.

I have been using Plantronics Calisto P3200 USB-A, Speaker for over a month now and find this very useful, especially during the present situation where we are constantly on calls. The reception is very clear and people on the other side can hear me well too when I talk in my normal voice. I haven't heard anyone complaining about echo either. This works well with MS Teams and WebEx. The only time I have seen the speaker not working well was on the web version of MS Teams. I am assuming this is because this was within Citrix. I will be testing the speaker on MS Teams app within Citrix once it is made available. Overall a very worthy product.

Sound quality is good. The microphone is very clear and noise-cancelling is also very good. Recommended product for people working from home and have to take long calls. I have 3 laptops at home, 2 work laptops and 1 personal laptop. It worked only on 1 work laptops. On the other laptops, the sound output was too low to listen to anything. Reached out to Polly Support, and they were prompt to response, The issue was with the Intel chipset and disabling one of the device fixed the problem.

This product is very useful if you have multiple calls everyday, the speaker is clear and loud and the microphone is also great, best part it doesn't need batteries to run and gets powered by laptop

This item is great, no complaints at all - but as per some other reviews why can't you use as a simple speaker ?. The 5200 / 5300 is wireless and has this feature. Clearly inhibited to encourage purchase of 5200 / 5300. Such a basic feature should be standard hence 4*, otherwise 5*. Personally I'd buy the next model solely for this, if purchased again. Good quality.
