Delicious! Exactly what I needed to add a little secret "kick" to my dishes. I wasn't expecting much given the price, but I was more than impressed!

Great for “mocktails”.
Verjus, a little tonic, some club soda, and a lime wedge over ice makes a great NA “mocktail”. This was excellent and I will buy it again.

This is really good stuff.
Less acidic (therefore less sour) than vinegar, verjus has been produced and used in cooking in Europe for a long, long time. I originally purchased it for my wife who is on chemo and cannot drink alcohol. She loves it in a mocktail: 1 part club soda, 1 part tonic, 1 part verjus with a twist of lemon. She has tried other mocktail mixers, many more expensive, and this is the one. Other teetotalling friends love it too. I have not yet experimented using it in sauces, but that will happen soon.

Delicious, makes great dijon
Bought this primarily for making authentic dijon mustard, and it does not disappoint. Excellent to sip on by itself, and I also recommend mixing it 50/50 with a nice chardonnay for a light summer drink.
