Heavy duty and well made!
Heavy duty baking sheet with rack is just what the doctor ordered. If you’re not a doctor it still works for what goes in the oven. I like how the edges come up higher than a normal sheet pan and it’s built rugged. Very well done!

easy to clean
Used it once until now. it's easy to clean. The tray is very thin and light. not sure durable it is over time.

No warp. Center support. Perfect size for a weekend 'chef'.
I gave it a few times in the oven at higher temps. No warping. Absolutely LOVE the center stabilizer. Yes, the aluminum will scratch a bit where the six stainless feet touch, but I season my aluminum pans, so no worries. I bought the 1/4 sheet/rack combo... large enough for serious volume, small enough to flash freeze blanched broccoli horizontally in my smaller freezer. 5/5. Love it.

Pan warped on first use
I specifically read the reviews, and this company claims that it is steel-reinforced, for professional use, and does not warp. I used it for the first time to bake a meatloaf, and it warped immediately. What am I missing? Is it not steel-reinforced? Revised: 3/21/25. When I originally wrote this review, I gave them a one-star rating for a defective product. Immediately, their customer service team reached out and inquired about what had happened. They sent me a replacement, and since then I've used the cooking sheet several times and it has been perfect. I don't know how, but I guess I did had a defective one. Based on their customer service and this specific product, I am increasing their rating to a four-star rating. Yes, I would recommend this product; I didn't give it an honest chance.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS JUNKA
This is the absolute worst quality product I’ve bought on Amazon. They claim Commercial Quality, but that’s not true. The pan I purchased came warped and 2 of the racks weren’t even fully welded! Awful! DO NOT PURCHASE! Expensive and not worth the price! I only wish I could return it but all original packaging was discarded before I saw the damage! In the trash it went!

Pan warps
This baking sheet warps in the oven. Save your money and buy a cheaper set. I'm very disappointed in this product.
