Quality product, very sturdy, easy to set up and easy to use
This seller sent me an email before the selfie stick arrived. The stick works by default with most modern smartphones. The seller let me know that if the stick did not work by default (straight out of the box) I could download the "Camera 360" app for free from the Google Play store and then it would work. I have an older android smartphone. The selfie stick did not work by default, but once I downloaded the Camera 360 app, it now works perfectly. Very nice of the seller to contact me with this info ahead of time. This is a quality selfie stick, also. It holds the phone securely and is very sturdy. A++

Great
This thing is the best! I lost it once and carelessly replaced it with a Bluetooth version. It was such a hastle going into the settings on my phone to turn it on and adjust the screen brightness to do so when outside. I went ahead and repurchased this model which is infinitely easier to use. You just plug it into the headphone jack and press the button on the handle to take pictures. Simplicity always wins in my book. I will buy this over and over again. I love it.

Works with my iPhone 5c
Had a minor hiccup when I first tried it in that I pressed the button and it went into burst mode - and wouldn't stop! On looking at it, I think what happened is I'd put the phone in the cradle so one of the volume buttons was being squeezed. I was careful to keep them clear the second time and then it worked like a charm. Very happy not to have to pair or buy batteries!

Paul, the Support Manager at Voxkin; helped me to figure out which app to use (camera 360) and from there it was smooth sailing. If your phone camera's setting will allow you to change the use volume as the capture then no app is required.One star off is from initial frustration figuring out which app from the multitude of results for "cam 360" (recommended on the box) would work without a whole host of ads by trial and error.The device itself is straightforward and simple to use and comes in an easy to open box ready for action.

Good selfie stick, with a few minor issues
This is a very lightweight and portable selfie stick that is really great for travel. I used it when I was on a trip to DC, and it worked just fine. However, there seemed to be a very long lag between pushing the button and taking a picture... Also, I think there was something wrong with the wire that connects to the phone; I had to jiggle it a few times in order for it to work. Other than these small issues, it does what it needs to do.

Make sure you push the plug all the way in. I tried apps and they didn't, I was getting frustrated and...hahaha...it really helps if the plug is in all the way. Works perfectly now...lol

it was my first try for selfie stick and so happy i decided to purchase. i've visited so many counties but any city is full of ppl selling cheap selfie stick. for this price i'm very happy with quality. it's long enough compact enough easy enough! not like other ones that you have to use with app of bluetooth, you just connect to the phone plug that's it!(there is connection issue sometime) Also if you use iphone then you will need a cord to transfer to round-shape earplug thing that usually comes with when you buy iphone. anyway it's one of the best purchase

More cons than pros but it still works
Pros:Lightweight and fairly compact.Always takes a photo when plugged in to the phone (LG G4).No battery; thus able to store it and use it any time without worrying about charging it.Cons:Cheap plastic; feels quite flimsy.The telescopic function is very stiff and gets jammed easily. I have trouble extending it fully.When plugged into the Pixel XL, this selfie stick sometimes takes hundreds of photos one right after the next without even pressing the button on the stick.The grip can barely fit the LG G4 when it has a protective case.No audio for videos taken with this stick.
