Work well for bloat!
I’ve used these for a couple years now and I’ve really noticed a good improvement in my bloating. Menopause hasn’t been kind to me, but these have definitely helped. They’re mild and I didn’t have any side effects.

Couldn't really tell the difference in before and after consuming. Capsules trapped moisture and became solid and chunky. Had to throw out before finishing bottle

These are awesome! I bought them because I had a bad weekend (Saturday-Sunday) where I overate and was super bloated. I had a cruise that was leaving on Thursday, I’m normally around 138lbs but after the weekend I was 142lbs (from water which is crazy) so I cut my calories down by about 300 a day and took these pills for 3 days. My weight Thursday morning was 135lbs. I didn’t have any side effects other than peeing a lot. 10/10 would recommend if your bloated.
