I use this lid with many different types of pots and pans. It has different layers of fitting on the under side of it, which allows it to be universal. Absolutely perfect. We even run it through the dishwasher.

Works great with a variety of pans and skillets. This is my second one, as I decided it would be perfect for the RV. So much less to pack!

This was a perfect fit for my 12-in pan. It has a vent to let the steam out very convenient and easy to use wish I had known this existed I would have bought this long time ago. Instead of fumbling without a lid using aluminum foil.

UPDATED 12/12/2023: While I still really like this lid, it steams up very badly during use, making it difficult to see the food you are cooking while cooking it. Sort of defeats the purpose of the glass lid instead of solid lid. I deducted 1 star for that. Since my previous favorite, multi-sized fry pan lid’s handle fell apart in my hand, I found myself in search of a replacement. I normally use only a 10.5” and 12” skillet so this Universal lid fit the bill. One of the requirements I had in mind was being another lid with mostly glass so that I could see what was cooking. This lid met my requirements and also has a built-in vent hole. The silicone edge fits nicely on my pans. The lid is heavy enough to stay put but is not too heavy. The lid does not slide around due to the silicone rim. It also does not get stuck on the skillet like the ones with a lip around the outer edge. It says in the ad that it is dishwasher safe. It is likely that I will just handwash it the majority of the time. The handle feels like it is coated with silicone or all silicone. This silicone edge should help prevent burns from accidentally touching the edges of the lid. The only thing I did not like about this lid is that the handle did not seem to tighten down completely. I will likely use a drop of loc-tite on the screw and remove/replace the screw so that it stays tight. Hopefully this helps someone decide about this product.

I needed an 8- to 8 ½ inch lid for my frying pan, so I ordered this. Turns out I already have a lid that size. However, I do like this product and would have kept it, but I already have way too many lids. I had to return, but I think its a good quality lid.

I like it. I like the color since my pot is black too. Also I liked the material because my baby is going to explore the pantry. Hopefully this reduces chance of getting hurt. So.. it's firm enough to hold it very well but I know this would not hurt my baby unless it is dropped on him. I washed it in my dishwasher and it looks good. I don't think I would need it bigger than 12 inch pot. Please see photos for your reference. I hope this helps.

Es muy buena compra aveces no hay necesidad de levantar la tapa ya que la comida se ve por el vidrio. En los sartenes de diámetro de 26cm si topa el vidrio con el sartén pero igual puede usarse Este es el sartén más grande y así queda perfecta

Good quality exactly as described

Muy buena calidad de materiales. Lo único que podría sugerir de este producto es que el tornillo que retiene el botón para agarrar la tapa tenga alguna arandela o rondana que evite que se afloje tan fácil. Es molestias estar apretando a cada rato. 2a tapa de diferente tamaño que he comprado con el mismo defecto. Por el resto muy bueno todo.
