I bought another brand (Scyavuru) of Crema al Pistacchio from a department store during a recent trip to Italy not really knowing what to expect. I brought it back to the state and it was so delicious it disappeared almost immediately. I "needed" more so I tried the Fiasconaro. I'm not sure if the "al" vs. "di" has something to do with texture or recipe or if it is just a brand naming choice. This product seemed more viscous - it flowed rather than staying put like the other Crema, and seemed sweeter (a bit too sweet for my taste). The jar is on the small side, and came a bit less filled than I felt was reasonable given the price. It was almost like someone had already been eating it, except that the sticker was intact. It was tasty, but not a replacement for what I had first. I'm going to keep searching.

Oh, my, oh, my, delicious isn't enough to say how good this is. It is one of the creamiest foods I have had the pleasure of trying. Mild, slightly sweet and nutty. Love it. Even better, by the same makers, is Oro Di Manna. Trying to find that again.
