I like these because they bring extra dietary calcium into my daily diet, necessary for my bones due to osteoporosis. I soak 10g in a little water and they swell. Ok, they do look a bit like frogspawn, but they don't have any taste so I think they're great :) Chia seeds are very similar.

Seem to be a good product. I wish they can sell this item in a plastic container.

Makes great diabetic "jam" or compote by combing the seeds with defrosted berries. The seeds create a gel with a very faint taste of basil which is quite pleasant.

Ordered these as they are supposed to be even better than chia seeds. I just throw them on my salads or in yoghurt!

Excellent quality basil seeds. Clean, fresh, and they swell well when soaked. The large bag is great value and lasts a long time. Perfect for drinks, desserts, or general kitchen use. Well packaged and exactly as described.
