It's just a double edged safety razor and as such isn't gendered except in this particular listing's marketing. All the info that comes with the product refers to it as unisex. It's a decent safety razor for someone that is inexperienced with them, regardless of whether you get it in a pretty colour....

Will this rust in the shower

If blades are stainless steel, they should'nt rust. The razor itself is coated so again, shouldn't rust. Mine is fine. Love it!
