I have been using a more traditional Neti pot for years. This style is new to me and took a while to get used to. After a few weeks I was able to get the thorough nasal rinse I desire. The bottle is sturdy enough to survive a fall without any damage, unlike most of the plastic pots that are currently available. The product comes with 2 tips of different sizes, so the user can choose their preferred size. The valve on the bottle works wonderfully. Haven’t had a drop of solution leak when the bottle is used for storage. My only peeve is that I wish there was a mark indicating the ideal water level when refilling. I remedied this issue by pouring my desired amount of water and then making my own fill lines with a marker. Happy with my purchase!

I recently had surgery for chronic sinusitis. I've used several different systems (netti pot) but this Abnaok nasal wash bottle is terrific. Its proof that it doesn't need to be complex to be state of the art. I do a sinus rinse at least 2x's a day and with this bottle it is a breeze. It literally is a breath of fresh air after each rinse. I buy a gallon of distilled water for $1.10 . Add 8 teaspoons of non iodized salt and 3 teaspoons of bicarbonate of soda to the gallon and allow it to dissolve. Pour 16 ounces of the solution into a measuring cup and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Pour 8 ounces into the Abnaok bottle for the left nostril and let the bottle do its work and then do the same for the right nostril. You don't need to go into any contorted positions... just stand by the sink, put the adaptor against your nose and press the valve button at the bottom of the bottle. It's perfect. I think it would be nice if ear nose and throat doctors would give you this detailed information in a handout and definitely suggesting the Abnaok bottle when they suggest that you do a saline rinse.

No problem with this product, except instructions were in Chinese only, which sadly I do not read. I am not sure how much to fill the container, or how much salt/soda I should use. I must say it does work better than a tepi bottle, since I don't have to lean way over.

I've used nettie pots and hated them. I just quit using anything. Then I kept getting sinus infections. I started using this after my last infection. I can't believe how easy it is to use and not so uncomfortable as others. I love this and will use it daily.

The drawn pictures on the instruction sheet were lacking. Had to look online to find the recommended ingredients and amounts for a 'nose cleanse treatment'. I recommend that others do the same. Water temp is something you must consider and using salt that doesn't contain iodine is recommended. If you want a 'saline' solution you'll need to add a pinch of baking soda. Oh and change out the plastic bottle after 3 months use.

I am sooo happy with this product. It's easy to use and it doesn't affect my ears like the others.

Being able to use this upside down is brilliant, rather than squeezing it upwards, which makes it so messy . it holds so much liquid making the task more effective

This doesn't come with the saline salt and is angled a bit differently. It works, but not as easily as a netti pot.
