Great magnesium flakes and I would buy again but the flakes were so stuffed in the container, the lid bulged and was a struggle to replace after opening. Hexeal, I love your company and buy your other products but use bigger containers, you've been in business long enough to know better.

Quick delivery value for money nice product Packaged ok but perhaps could have had some paper stuffing to help protect the plastic tub from damage when in transit my tub was fine

LIFE SAVER! I had such awful restless legs during pregnancy & I used these in a shallow bath every single night of my pregnancy from about 20 weeks. It helped immensely. Try not to touch the flakes with your skin before they have dissolved because they do slightly cause a mild burning sensation (nothing painful it’s just weird & unpleasant). I had tried creams, sprays, tablets & think these flakes worked most effectively for my restless legs.

Absolute bargain for a huge bucket ( yes it’s bucket sized) of magnesium flakes, a scoop in the bath works wonders for aching joints and I always sleep better after soaking in these. Can’t seem to find this quantity for the price anywhere else.

I have bought this many times to use as a bath soak. You want the water hot and plenty in the bath I use around 1.5kg and soak full body for 20mins. The effects on skin and digestion are brilliant - I belive that you absorb magnesium through your skin far better than through diet and the transdermal route goes straight to your blood stream. Study after study shows that most folks are deplete in Mg because of depleted soils and poor diet choices - ie any processed food will have had most of the Mg removed like 85% - ie breakfast cereals and bread due to refined flour. Mg is needed everyday by most cells of the body and is the reason behind may health problems from sleep, depression and pain - think fibro and all the inflammatory health conditions. This stuff is a gift from God.
