Is there a lego base that accommodates the entire set?

Our largest baseplate is 48 x 48 studs, or 15'' (38cm) x 15'' (38cm). The plane in this set measures about 21" (54cm) long, meaning it won't fit completely on this baseplate. - Manouk, LEGO® Customer Service.

can you put another car

Only one would fit in the back, cargo area. If you took the seats out of the front area you probably could.

Is there a lighting kit for this plane?

No not to my knowledge, but I am sure you could find parts that you could make work

Is there another seller for the Lego city passenger airplane? I need to order another one.

If you Google search the product name, it will show you the stores where it’s available. I saw it at Fred Meyer and Target… But maybe you can find it somewhere else.
