Genuinely one of the best things I've ever bought. I've tested it out for a while before writing a review, to be sure it actually works. Well it actually works and I love it so much!! Due to health issues I always overheat, regardless of the weather I'm boiling hot 24/7. I have fans on all year round trying to cool myself down and it gets so bad at times that I feel like I'm being suffocated because of the heat. So when I heard about this blanket I was excited but also very skeptical. When it arrived my first thought was surely this won't be much use, as the material of the blanket is very thin, I was wrong. You have one side which is the warmer side and the other is the cooling side. Both sides do their job wonderfully, I tend to use the cooling side the most which really helps me. Not only does it actually cool you down, it just feels so nice on your skin. Then if you get a bit chilly, you flip it over and the other side warms you up, again while feeling lovely on your skin. Yes it's a bit pricey, but for me and how much I suffer with temperature dysregulation, I couldn't be without it and when I can save up, I'll be buying a couple more. What a brilliant clever invention, it really does help you to feel more comfortable at night when it's too hot to sleep. So yes it's expensive (for the large one) but it's still worth it and I highly recommend it. Especially good for menopausal women who suffer with the dreaded hot flushes, and also very effective for anyone that just has a higher temperature than most. I have this blanket wrapped around me all the time when I'm in bed or on the sofa watching TV. Aside from the cooling and warming effects of it, it just feels lovely, cosy and comfy, I thought initially with how thin the material was that it wouldn't be much good. Just goes to show, don't judge by appearances. Test it, try it, you'll be pleasantly surprised and amazed how incredible it actually is. I'm in love with it and can't wait to get more of them. To be honest, I expected to try this blanket and return it. I could not believe it would live up to the hype. Since it was expensive, I expected a lot from it - and I was not disappointed. Firstly, it is a sheet - not a blanket. When you first inspect it - it does not promise a lot. But, WOW, when you actually use it - it does what it promises. I am a woman who (however hot the weather) likes to be covered with something in bed. As our temperatures rise in the UK, however, my thin duvet has been too hot. This looked to be a good option, and I am so glad I tried it, since it really does deliver. As soon as you use it (correct side against the skin of course) it really does turn cold. This must be magic! Others say it gets hotter during the night - but because I move around a lot in bed - I have not found this to be the case. One night when the weather was getting colder, I really felt quite chilly - but all I did was turn the sheet over - and it was perfect. I have a single bed - but I bought the double size - in case it moved around a lot. However, it actually stays put, even when you move around. I am really happy with this sheet. Yes, it is expensive .... but what price can you put on a cool bed and a good night's sleep?

The blanket is good quality, very comfortable and great for the warmer months. But not exactly for the reasons stated in the product details. The cooling effects of the material are greatly exaggerated in my opinion. It does not cool you down as it says. But as someone who likes to sleep with a cover on this is a great product as its very breathable and doesn't get you hotter when under it. But has just enough weight that its comforting. The size was good, but as its so light any movement in your sleep will cause it to wrap around you. The cost is on the higher side, but i would say its worth it.

Great blanket to help you feel cooler. It is not ice cold by any means but it is say half a degree cooler than cotton would be. I bought the king size measurements but it's not big enough for both me and my partner to sleep under and the weight of the material means it doesn't lay like a normal sheet but pools around your body. I would suggest buying one each for people sleeping next to each other and would also suggest sleeping with not clothes on to feel the full effect of the cooking material. The top cotton is a nice feel and the cooler material is lovely and smooth but will catch slightly on any rough skin but not enough to create pulls in the material.

Used it for 2 nights and it’s average. Before bed Ive been draping it over my curtain pole to cool it but it warms up quite quick. I’ve woke up more cuddling it than anything. The quality is good doesn’t feel cheap it’s really soft and silky. According to my Apple Watch it’s improved my sleep quality been getting scores. It’s just an average blanket. I’ve been using one from Costco for the past year but they didn’t have them this year so wanted an alternative. I don’t love it but I don’t hate it - sleeps improved so maybe I should love it.

Amazing technology and super comfy. Reduced my hot flashes and sleeping through the night a lot more. Soft and cooling material and making such a difference to my quality of sleep. Washes well and best thing I've ever bought!

Lovely sized blanket. But not cooling on the slightest. It's like using a normal thin covering instead. Not what you'd expect from the price point

This is the weirdest thing. I dont tend to fall for the mumbo jumbo descriptions of a product but after an incredibly uncomfortable hot night, I was desperate and was completely floored that it actually does work and it does make a difference! It doesn't change the fact that its hot in the room (only air conditioning will change that!) but it does have a cooling effect on the skin and we're both able to sleep reasonably well as a result. It does tend to mould to the body though but I'm nitpicking here. Had it for about a year now and very happy with it. Would definitely recommend!

Erg fijn dekentje om tijdens de hete zomeravonden toch iets op je te hebben en dan ook nog iets dat je lichaam iets afkoelt. Het formaat vind ik ook erg fijn. Ik heb inmiddels deze ook gewassen (30 graden). Het drogen deed ik niet in de droger maar met ophangen. Dit dekentje was erg snel droog en zelfs extra cool na het wassen.

Visto che soffro molto il caldo ho comprato questa coperta con sistema arc-chill per curiosità. E' una copertina leggera, double face. Al tocco si sente subito la freschezza da un lato e morbidezza d'altro. La sto usando in questi giorni di giugno dove le temperature si stanno alzando bene. Mentre dormi senti che è fresca, ovvio non rinfresca tantissimo ma evita che ti scaldi e non mi sveglio più in un bagno di sudore durante la notte. Sono molto soddisfatta.

Sinceramente no soy de escribir reseñas, pero me sentí con la obligación de hacerlo llevo masomenos 1 año con esta cobija fría y siento que ha sido de las mejores compras en mi vida ya que donde vivo es una zona calurosa a lo mejor no tanto pero lo máximo que podemos llegar es 37 38° entonces al llegar y recostarme en esta cobija era lo mejor para mí, aunque aclaro que había veces que hasta la misma cobija si se sentía caliente, pero era entendible por el clima la cobija daba lo mejor que podía, ya cuando el clima va bajando que está más a 35 a 33°. De verdad que lo disfrutaba muchísimo. Duermo todas las noches con esta cobija. De hecho trato de mantenerla abajo como si fuera la sábana de abajo y así es como me siento más cómoda con ella. Para mí es mi mejor compra y si la volvería a comprar una y otra vez.
