Perfect for physical therapy or sand workouts
If you have ever done physical therapy or used sandbags these will be familiar. Yes it is expensive, but it is premium and the stitching is solid. The bell shape allows you to hold the weight on two planes like a sandbag traditional, but with more not only the horizontal plane but also a forward component in a bit of a squeezing type carry motion. I love these things.

Very sturdy and effective
I absolutely love using sandbells for my workouts and with my clients. This one seems especially well made and very sturdy. Ones I have used in the past have a thinner fabric and sand tends to start seeping out but this one so far is very well made. I love the variety it adds to workouts!
