Great Fuzz!!
Great Fuzz! I heard this could replicate the sounds of a but muff and having never owned one I can’t say for sure. It is a great muff for cheap though and upon using it to cover Say It Ain’t So it worked very well. I highly recommend because it is sturdy and very adjustable.

Sonicake pedals are an excellent value and continue to impress.
I bought the Fazy Cream pedal because I wanted to add a fuzz type pedal to my sound. Since I have been very impressed with my previous Sonicake purchases I always come to them first when I want to try something new, and they continue to help me dial in my perfect sound. The pedal arrives brilliantly packaged. The box is just the right size to hold the pedal, a couple of business card sized instruction sheets, a perfectly die cut 3M Velcro strip for attaching to your pedal board, (remove the rubber backing on the pedal first it it doesn't stay stuck) and a foam insert that protects the knobs. These pedals are compact but not so compact as to be un-usable which lets me add more of them to my compact pedalboard set-up and I just can't be happier with these products. The Fazy Cream Pedal is advertised as a true bypass, as are all the sonicake pedals, and in my testing that is true. There is no signal loss or alteration in tone when the pedals are switched off. These pedals don't have space for a battery so you will need a 9 volt center negative power supply. I am mounting them to a powered pedal board set-up so that is not an issue for me. I have this pedal in the middle of my signal chain and curently have the level set at about 9:00, the tone set at 1:15, and fuzz set at about 10:00, and this gives me the warm fuzz I was looking for from this pedal but you can get some much more intense sounds out of it as well and I may play with some other settings in the future. The sturdy construction of these pedals will more than stand up to my use. I am a home guitarist and dabbling bass player and don't make my living at it, so I can not speak to it's durability in that kind of environment, but I would think that if you don't abuse your gear it should be fine. This is now my fourth Sonicake pedal, all of them are still going strong and I am still happy with the choices I made. I am 100% certain that I will be looking to Sonicake again when I decide what I want next If you are on the fence about ordering this pedal, just do it, you can't go wrong. Play it loud!!

But it now!!
Great little pedal. It gives the Creamy Fuzz that works especially well with the Blues Driver. Well worth the money.

Awesome sounding big muff under 30$
Sonicake is making some dope stuff for budget players. This pedal is no exception. Big muff sounds and a lot of tone variety with the tone control. Can go from super saturated to beefy/muddy. I like the keep it somewhere in the 10-2 o’clock range depending on how saucy I’m feelin. I’ve considered buyin a true big muff but I’ve heard demos and this gets so damn close that I don’t really think I need to. Unless this hits the can at some point. Which leads me to build quality. This thing is built well. It doesn’t feel cheap in your hands and I fully anticipate it to hold up for me. Now I can’t say whether or not it would hold up with extensive gigging but I’m a dad first and a bedroom player at peak ability so I’m not really worried about it gettin thrown around or blow during a show. All in all, I have this fuzz, blue screamer, levitate, and warped dimension. And I can say they all have a place in my sound now. All of those for about the price of one boutique pedal and I’m sounding pretty cool. So cool I play in the basement now where no one can bother/hear me. Thanks sonicake!

Awesome Pedal
Love this thing! I wanted a simple straightforward fuzz to add to my setup for recording, and this thing does the trick perfectly. Great value.

Pretty good fuzz
A pretty good fuzz, not outstanding and not awful. It's noisy in my chain, so that's one drawback. With the fuzz knob all the way down, it gets a nice dirt pedal sound with little to no fuzz. That's pretty cool. With the fuzz knob all the way up, it's definitely fuzzy and warm and fat sounding, although it won't do velcro ripping or doomy sounds. It's more like a muff pedal. I also hooked up this pedal to a 'low battery simulator' pedal, which allows me to lower the input voltage to the pedal to get nastier sounds. This pedal did not respond in any way to the low battery simulator, which means either that the pedal has an internally regulated voltage to keep it at 9 volts, or else the pedal is digital. I suspect the latter. A little disappointing, but still, not a bad fuzz for the money.

Brings the doom, apparently?
This little pedal punches way above its size and price. Its built like a tank. The most important thing to know is that this is a high gain fuzz pedal, there are neither incense nor pepperments here, it sounds like a muff clone, but seems like with even more gain. If you dial it all the way back you can get some slighly more mellow tones but this thing sounds great playing crushing doom riffs tuned down to C. Which is not what I was expecting, but I've spent hundreds on Black Arts Toneworks pedals that didnt do it as well as this thing. it doesnt have pictures of a dark forest or an evil wizard on it so I guess thats where the extra money goes. I dunno what to say, there it is. Doom on?

Good gateway to fuzz
Rating this high because it represents outstanding value. I have no experience with fuzz, but I understand that this accurately represents a big muff style circuit. For me, it wasn’t a usable sound until paired with a tube screamer. The mids from the screamer make the fuzz push through a mix for leads and slide. Balancing between the two effects offers a lot of options.
