Two years of usage experience
I’ve been using this product for about two years now, and up until recently it worked perfectly without any issues. The sound quality was consistent, it was comfortable to use, and I relied on it almost daily for calls and media. For a long time, I felt it was a great value for the price. Unfortunately, a few days ago the earpiece suddenly stopped producing sound. I can still use the microphone and people on the other end can hear me clearly, but I’m unable to hear anything myself, which makes it essentially unusable now. I tried basic troubleshooting like reconnecting and checking settings, but nothing fixed the problem. Overall, I was very satisfied with the product during the time it worked, but I’m disappointed that it failed after two years of regular use. If durability is important to you, this is something to keep in mind. It might be great while it lasts, but longevity could be better.

Not worth the money actually.
Now, it started out pretty good, but honestly this isn't an amazing product. After about a week or so of working fine, it started to make these weird static noises. And now, it annoyingly stops and plays music and stuff on its own, activates google gemini and...yeah, so much malfunctioning. For now, it just does the job (I'm planning to buy another brand after this one gives out). Honestly I'm so disappointed lol. I'd bought this trusting the brand, but this was a let down. There are definitely much better products in this price range.
