I bought this item to replace a cover that had decayed due to the weather. when I fitted it over my BBQ, it was a bit on the big side, but the draw rope worked perfectly so that the cover completely wrapped the BBQ to the ground, I have a feeling this cover will last longer than the one it replaced.

Great quality. Slightly larger than what I needed but has velcro straps to reduce size down or at least to stop flapping around in the wind. Was tested in recent storm Francis in August & done its job. Recommended.

Not waterproof at all, found my bbq tray full of water and wood store also underneath cover for our fire pit was wet. Also, the pull cord has ripped the bottom of cover so it won't gather it together around the bottom of bbq so it flaps everywhere in the wind. Only had it 5 months. Dissatisfied altogether.

This item is sold as a waterproof cover. Very disappointed to say that it is not. One rain shower, noticed the cover seemed to be lying very flat on the BBQ, as if wet. Lifted off the cover, BBQ was soaking wet underneath. Very poor. Remove this from your site please. I am notifying Amazon
