This almost sounds like bubble gum. That's why I like it. And maybe that's why they have it in a pink bottle and it has kind of a bubble gum pink color to it. More importantly than that, it leaves the hair very soft and smooth. It feels like it would be great on all hair types since it's working for my mixture of 4B, 4C hair. But really I can find almost any conditioner out there that's going to be great as far as what it does for my hair BUT, the scent is very important as well. And this product, by far, has the best, long-lasting scent that is required to survive a rinse, and any and all final styling touches.

Leaves my hair super soft shiny & moisturized!!

This is one of my favorite deep conditioners. Something about it just works for my hair. It really enhanced my curls and made my hair bunny soft. I also enjoy the bubblegum scent but I know it's not everyone's cup of tea.

Makes hair soft, slippery, good moisturizer and value for money

I actually use this as a regular conditioner and just add more set time as needed. Works great on my 20 odd inches of medium-coarse spirals. I don't shampoo often. Just rinse my scalp down, free tangles, and do 5-10 minutes of this. Always a good sign when you're doing a shower detangle with it in and it's cooling up and bouncing around soaking wet. It really does provide a lot of nice slip and texture. The key I find is to be really thorough working it all the way up to the roots. If your hair is thick and non porous, it'll take several minutes to free each section and get it all exposed. Keep adding water until you're done handling it. If you work it after it's thickened, you undo the benefits and get wet frizz. The texture you leave is what you get. And because it's thick, you can get build up pockets if it's unevenly distributed. The bubble gum doesn't bother me, personally. Reminds me of Aquafresh toothpaste lol. But it's not like it lingers on your hair. It can be tough as a dude to find neutral smelling stuff for long hair. This is ultimately pretty mild. I pair it with their Leave In Condish - that just had kind of a light, powdery and soapy clean smell that I really enjoy. The bubblegum is so mild that it doesn't show up through the leave in.

This is my favorite conditioner. Detangles, awesome slip. I love the scent, it's faint but a nice scent

I really like the formula of this product but be warned, the smell is nauseating. It’s like too-sweet bubblegum.

They have actually made me love my curls - something I thought would never happen!
