How long does it take to see results?

In my experience, I started to see reduced swelling in a few days. It takes a while before the swelling is mostly gone, maybe two weeks. The mistake I made was thinking this is a maintenance supplement. It says on the label that it is to be taken only for short periods of time. Neither they, nor anyone else, quantifies that. My personal sense, from what I have been able to find, is a short period is about a month. One of the side effects is gastric irritation. I guess you just take it when you need it and stop when you get acceptable results. I experienced heartburn after about 4 months. It went away when I stopped this. I have taken it since without problems (2 weeks).

This drug is to eat several times a day?A few grains?

I think what you are asking if it is necessary to take this pill with food - and how much food is necessary. For me, I take a pill after eating breakfast. Otherwise, it upsets my empty stomach. Hope that helps.
