Are these good for standing long hours?

There’s not much arch support other than the basic foot pad. The best part about these is their ankle support. Highly recommended for people who move a lot. If your standing I suggest adding a foot orthopedic insert. It’s what I do.

Is the shoe non slip? I’d like to wear them as work shoes

Yes, the shoe has a soft rubber sole.
