I used this oil 6 months ago, and it worked beautifully on a very squeaky door. I just bought another bottle, because I couldn't find the first, & it arrived with cap broken off and leaking. I returned that bottle & just received a new bottle with the exact same problem. Seriously! I have bought probably 20 small bottles of Essential oils over the years, & not one of them have ever leaked. Someone in the packaging department there should figure out how to put oil in a bottle that doesn't break off and leaf in transport. On top of it all, we can't get the lid off. If the product was not as good as it is, I would just return it and go with another source. SOO frustrating! FYI---Just received an email from a manager of the compan - I assuming after he saw my review. He offered to give me a 2 oz spray bottle or 4 oz bottle for my troubles. Soo, the company has does super customer service.
