Alpi Nature Willow Herb Tea 250g 8.8 oz, Dried and Cut Willow with Small Flowers, Fireweed Herb

I have previously bought 7 250g packs, over time, of Willow Herb from Alpi Nature, all were good, and made great, refreshing, sweetish teas. This time however, I bought a 1kg bag of the same, and found it immediately to be so bitter, it was undrinkable - like trying to drink Carbon from burnt toast, and not even a hint of the Willow Herb taste I had previously enjoyed - Thanks to Amazon I got a full refund, but what a waste of time, packaging, and logistics! The smaller bags come in foil-fresh-seal lined bags, this 1kg pack comes without that, just a clear plastic lining, with no way to re-seal - a complete waste of time, and money. Alpi Nature has no way to contact them through Amazon, does not accept returns - which just proves to me they don't care at all about their product, or how many people they annoy with utterly wasteful, rubbish of a product, and seemingly don't care how bad the reviews are for their product. They clearly have no quality control, and judging by the number of similar complaints, ignore feedback and reviews. I will not buy anything again from Alpi Nature, as their attitude is as bad as the 1kg Fake Willow Herb they sell. As there is no way to know if this lack of quality now affects smaller bags of this product, it is pointless to order them instead, in the hopes of getting a good product. It seems to me that there should be no difference what quantity is ordered, the size of bag should not have a bearing on the quality, but then this is now looking like some kind of a scam, or extreme lack of interest in their own product quality.

The label is in Dutch (Germany). I could be able to read and understand it!

This tea has a surprisingly nice flavour.

i bought it as it was good amount 250 gramms and was very cheap or seemed on offer. once tried ot explains it all. not a very good taste at all. very bitter compared to other willowherb teas i had before. i had it twice and now it is sitting in the cupboard….
