Once you understand it though the install is pretty straight forward. There was some knocking for the first couple of weeks but that seems to have gone away. Heats the room up nicely. ### ⭐⭐ Received heater highly damaged! But box was not *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on December 2, 2022* I received the heater in very poor shape! The box was not damaged. So it wasn’t the carrier’s fault. The heater was very bent on both ends. The element was out of its bracket and the plastic clip on one end to hold it was broke. So the element was bouncing around during shipping and bent up a 1/3 of the aluminum fins on it. Long story short I needed it to heat my kids room. So I couldn’t wait for a return. I ended up repairing it myself. And far as the thermostat controller goes. All I can say is……CHEAP!
