I found these easy to take but to be taken with milk or slightly tasted juice in water. I have notice my nails grow so quick. My hair and skin look good and feel better.

I don’t know if these do any good as they’re too expensive to use on a regular basis. I bought them as my immune system is compromised but I can’t afford to maintain use, shame.

I bought this after researching what helps with menopausal dry mouth - sea buckthorn kept coming up on my search until then I’d never heard of it. I’ve been taking this supplement for a few months now it has done the trick no more dry mouth which was keeping me awake at night. There is also a noticeable improvement in the quality of my hair and my skin which I think it due to taking this.

I do not doubt the effectiveness of these Sea Buckthorn supplements, but the image of the bottle is definitely way over exaggerated. The amount of soft gels is less than half the bottle - not filled. There definitely could be a lot more provided and as some customers have said, it's a waste of plastic. Remember to store in a cool dry place as they easily stick together like most gel capsules in my experience.

Excellent product, good price and easy to swallow. Has really helped with dry eyes.
