Does it work with Saltwater? I want to take it to the pier when I go fishing to play with during downtime

I think the instructions say to use only clean, clear water. Saltwater eats metal parts and damages some polymer seals, not to mention any sand that gets churned into the water around a pier. Give it a try at your own risk. I'd be sure to immediately flush it out with clear tap water if the pier has a cleaning station with fresh water.
