API Fin and Body Cure is an antibiotic where API Melafix is an antibacterial. They target different types of bacteria that cause the similar symptoms in fish.

You use however much medicated water in ounces to gallons you have. For example- Dose 1.5ounces for your 1.5 gallon aquarium. Or 4 ounces to 4 gallons etc. You must dispose and make up a new batch of medicated water each time you need to dose the aquarium.
