Taken before night sleep? will put cramps away. But if you also have daily cramps? Take one with you breakfast . I do recommend it. Always consult with your Doctor about it

Very easy to take, no real taste to them. It lists GI upset as a possibility with these but I haven't noticed anything. I started taking these for burning tongue issue and also to help out the auto immune disease that I have which is Sjogrens. Good value for the price.

I'm just glad that I was able to order this on line because I se I went to Wal-Mart 3 times to get it because that is where I had found it but when I went back they were always out of stock. I needed it and it helps with the Neuropathy.
