Excellent price and value! *by S***E on July 22, 2022* After performing the initial 3 hour charge per the instructions, I set the Dyson V10 speed to MAX without the motorized head, and ran it continuously for 5:45 minutes. It shut off and flashed red lights to indicate it had reached max temperature for the batteries (safety feature). After it cooled down a few minutes, I ran it for another 23 seconds before the charge was depleted. The original Dyson battery ($129) is rated to run only 5 minutes on MAX speed per charge on the Dyson site, but with the new DSANKE battery, I got over 6 minutes. I noticed that the battery pack is a about an inch longer on the back end, which does not affect how it sits perfectly in the Dyson wall mount charging dock. I am guessing that there might be an additional cell in this replacement battery pak. I am very pleased with the initial performance and price of this replacement battery. Tip... to prolong the life of the battery, it is recommended to let the vacuum and battery cool down before putting it back on the charging dock. We replaced it with this battery and everything seems to be working fine. That was just a couple of weeks ago, so I cannot comment on the longevity other than it seems to have plenty of life when used around our home.
