The 5 leg stand is the best floor stand for your trumpet rig. It fits nicely inside the bell, the 5 legs are far superior to the 3 leg version. It’s very sturdy and will last forever.

Every K&M stand I've purchased has been sturdy, stable, and a good price. Most have five legs, as does this, for better stability than a less expensive four-legged model. The materials are not cheap plastic, so it will last, and will be harder to accidentally break. I kept my flugelhorn in the case until I got this stand; now I play my flugelhorn more because it isn't out of sight. Also, after I got this stand, for fun I tried using my trumpet stand (also K&M) with it: the bell of the flugelhorn is substantially larger, so it does not work.

This is a great product very sturdy easy to stow.

Brilliant design. Stable. Convenient.

This flugelhorn stand is made exceptional well and functions wonderfully. And the whole purchase was easily accomplished. It took a little while to get here since it comes from England. But I became quite sad when I tried to pack the stand into my case. When inserted into the end of the horn, the stand protrudes too much and won't allow the case to close. This was not a problem with my K & M trumpet stand so I didn't expect a problem. Now unfortunately, I must carry this stand in my my mute bag. What a bummer!

Sturdy and reliable, also works with my bass trumpet (Wessex). I switch my flugelhorn and bass trumpet between this and a K&M trombone stand (for when I need the horn at standing height). Both work with no mods. One minor side note: my flugelhorn case has ZERO room for anything sticking out beyond the bell so I cannot travel with this stand in my case. Not a big problem for me as all my horns stay in the studio and I don't travel with my horns. This is more of an issue with my case and not the stand. Just know that it protrudes out beyond the bell ever so slightly. In my case, this doesn't allow me to store the stand in the bell in the case without jamming it all in.

This does exactly what’s needed. It’s fast and easy to set up, and fits in the bell of my flugelhorn in the case. I keep it with the horn in my case when I’m not using it. The stand is very stable when set up too. I highly recommend it.

Compact, lightweight and stable thanks to the 5 legs. We have several of these in the family for cornets, trumpets and flugelhorn. I have a bulkier, heavier, harder to transport stand from another manufacturer. This is not used because it is much less stable when an instrument is on it. I would happily buy these K&M stands again.

Ótimo produto, prático e resistente!

It's nice and strong. Easy to put together. And the pads are stuck on there nicely. The only issue i'm having is that it sticks out of the bell a bit, so I can't leave it in when putting my horn into it's case. I have a secondary bag for all my mutes that I put it in instead. Otherwise, great purchase.
