What color is this after mixed with motor oil?

It’s a fluorescent blue when viewed under a UV light

How good is this dye? Does it really work?

Yes. makes oil turn an iridescent blue color.

How long do you run the engine to mix this stuff?

Not sure what system you are running the dye through but generally I would recommend running for several minutes until your vehicle comes up to temp. That would be especially true if you are checking for a coolant leak so the thermostat has time to open. Good luck to you.

Can you use this on power steering fluid?

No, use one specifically listed for use in power steering fluid systems.
