Excellent condition so far

It came today and it looks perfect, like new. Small scratches on the sides but the back of the phone and the screen are perfect. I have been setting it up and the battery lasted for a long time. I would come back to tell if there’s any problem with it on the future days. It came with a charger but it wasn’t an apple one. I would recommend it!

Disrespectful seller

Purchased this phone as a second phone my son. Purchased at the end of November for a Christmas present. After 1 weeks use the LCD screen stopped working and it would not charge or switch on. Naively I believed the seller would accept return with no issue. However, all correspondence has been rude and dismissive with the latest accusation being that I inexplicably changed the internal workings (at a cost to myself) and then return it! Shocking this seller is allowed to continue on Amazon who I trust to protect me as a consumer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

Great price for a nice phone

I needed a second phone for work integration and to keep my life and work separate while I'm working from home and trying to run a business. This integrates well with my colleagues and my work system and is easy to use. I'm generally an Android girl but the camera on this is lovely and it's fine to use as a part time phone.

So far so good!

Have had this about a month. Very pleased! Arrived quickly. Functions well in every respect. Great camera. Battery manages to survive excellently well despite very heavy usage ( I use my phone for everything online - emails, texts, apps, etc).Was wary about ordering a renewed phone but very happy with this. Not a single sign of wear/scuffs etc. Visually perfect. Would recommend

Looks in great condition, functionally defective !

Whilst well packaged and in apparent good condition and as expected, I have started to find technical issues. The phone rarely connects to available Wi-Fi, it shows up as error when connected to Bluetooth devices and the speaker is damaged so calls are almost impossible to hear as it vibrates and found tinny. I’m waiting for a response from the seller as performance is unacceptable.
