Product Review: Writing this review after using for a month. Love cooking with it. Food never get stuck to the bottom,It is very easy to stir vegetables in it.Enjoy cooking my continental dishes in it.Writhing this review while enjoying my stir fried vegetables in Italian spices. As always this pot also turned black from the bottom, But that never affected the taste and quality. The handi is perfect for cooking chicken, biriyani for a family of 4. Before use you need to glaze the pottery. Just soak it overnight. Then apply oil inside and outside. Put on flame for some time till it gets dry. That's it. Use only wooden spoons. The cover is a bit heavy and will get hot. Use cloths to handle them. After 3-4 usage, you will see carbon residues accumulation on surface. Don't worry, thats good only. Just clean normally. And wipe well before use. You can use coal/wooden fire for more better result.

Bought this the second time. But the quality of lid is not good this time, weight is less and does not fit hence cooking time too long.

Very very good product. I am using this since like 4 months now. Wanted to wait before submitting the review. The food gets cooked very very well and is damn tasty ! The make of the product is great. I am very very happy with the purchase. Only thing is that one has to be extra careful while cleaning the product. So if you are ok with that extra effort then go for the same.

I waited for sometime to write a review so that I can give a proper feedback. When I watched youtube to figure out how to prepare an earthen vessel before cooking in it, the procedure was too confusing and lengthy. So I just followed the instructions provided by the manufacturer. Initially i was a bit sceptical about the curries made in it having a muddy taste, since I didn't follow the extensive procedures. So I made a small batch as trial and it turned out really well. It didn't have any muddy taste and it was tastier than cooking in the usual vessels. I'm glad that I bought this.
