I wasn't sure if I was going to keep these initially but found a great deal on them. I can work out of a loud bar without my company even knowing. The sound quality and mic quality are excellent and bonus that you can connect more than one device and activating audio will play the appropriate device. The only drawbacks are that they aren't full over-ear despite being noise canceling and with long periods of wear can be a bit uncomfortable, but that's any headphones. Overall it is a great product and a new travel essential (useful for workouts in a pinch even).

Why is it that the companies that put you on the longest meetings where you need the best headsets are the ones with the security policies that disable Bluetooth so you can't use the headset you already have? Well, I don't know either, but if you're in that situation, this is the headset for you. It will pair as a Bluetooth headset with your phone, but it also comes with a little USB-c adapter convinently sized for you to easily lose it. If you stick that adapter in to your computer, then the headset will pair, but it will appear as a USB Audio device to the operating system, getting around the no Bluetooth policy. No drivers required, because of course the same people who don't let you use Bluetooth probably also don't let you install any software. There are a couple of downsides. Even if you have it wired with a USB cable to your computer (which it also supports), it is a mono headset while the microphone is engaged. The audio quality is also reduced somewhat while the microphone is on, probably because it goes through some Bluetooth codec. It's not bad—exactly the sort of quality you'd expect from a mid-level Bluetooth headset on your phone. It's just from an actual wired USB headset I'd hope for full quality stereo even with a microphone on, and you won't get that from this headset. Also, did I mention the little adapter is tiny? Yeah, well, you need to keep good track of it because it is unique to the headset. You can't just leave it in your computer, because audio will go to the adapter all the time it is in, so you lose audio entirely if you have the adapter in and the headset disconnected.

I had a pair of Jabra Evolve 75 which lasted about 4 years until the automatic noise cancelling broke. I didn't see the 75 available so bought this Evolve 65. Great sound, microphone is wonderful as far as anyone else being able to hear me. Great for voice and music, blue tooth works perfectly with PC, iPhone and iPad. Seems a very long battery life as advertised. I gave it 3 stars because of the much lower quality build than my old 75 and the description was such that it is easy to assume it has ANC - which it does not. As I remember the description says the on ear pads are tight enough to eliminate environmental sound which is not true. Probably I did not clearly understand. The band is pretty tight which for me causes discomfort after a couple of hours.

Very good range, clarity, and easy to pair. Battery life is more than sufficient for a full day+ of continuous use. The automatic muting by lifting the boom mike is a nice feature and supports double muting on Teams if desired. Also, very comfortable.

I purchased this headset a months ago and there are several quirks that make this headset remarkably frustrating to use. I wish I knew about them prior to buying the headset, I NEVER would have purchased them. First, when I take the headset off of the USB cable (once it's finished charging) I have to click the mute/unmute button 3 times in order to unmute the microphone or the headset remains muted. Second, the audio quality is garbage ... sometimes. This is one of the most frustrating things. I understand that the audio quality for the headset will be different when on calls, but sometimes it sounds amazing when watching youtube, netflix etc. Then, out of nowhere, the audio drops to garbage quality for no reason. Not on a call, not starting a phone application on my computer... nothing. The audio drops to garbage and there's no way to get the quality back.... Third, after a little time on zoom, the microphone starts getting choppy and my customers tell me I sound "robotic" while talking... This is a major inconvenience and makes me look unprofessional. I spent a lot of money on this headset and these issues shouldn't exist... DO NOT BUY!!!

This headset has been wonderful. The sound quality is amazing. I love the MS Teams integration. I love that it mutes the mic when the boom arm is up and that it has a button to leave the meeting on the headset. I also love that the headset has lights on it to indicate that you are on a call. Now my family knows when I’m busy and I don’t get asked if I’m on a call constantly. Also, the ability to answer a call from the headset works wonderfully too. I’m very happy with this headset and it was worth the money.

I have been utilizing these headphones for over three years, several times per day. Sound quality is good, and the boom mic does a pretty good job minimizing other noise. It has been very reliable, still works like new. Definitely recommend.

Qualität ist gut. Aber nach 2 Monaten gibt es zwei Sachen die mich stören. Nach 5-6 Metern Entfernung mit einer Wand dazwischen (Ziegelwand) wird die Verbindung nach spätestens 1 Minuten sehr schlecht. Also man sollte am besten im gleichen Raum bleiben. Und die zweite Kritik liegt an der Ansage Mute. Es würde reichen, wenn man das einmal Ansagt aber nicht drei mal. Finde ich überflüssig. Sonst Akku für mehrere Tage ausreichend und Qualität am Arbeitsplatz top. Aber es ärgert mich, dass ich das mein Wireless auf ein Raum begrenzt wird. Für den Preis und von diesen Hersteller habe ich mehr erwartet.
