Bad for diabetes
I used it but suddenly I checked my sugar label today early in the morning which is 95mg but after taking tea of diabexy suger free and Makhana in breakfast I again checked my diabetes label after 1:30 hours of breakfast it is majerly spike high around 167mg which very too much as per my breakfast I don't like it

Item is good, but storing is difficult. It turns in to big lump after few days. It is very difficult to use it.
