I ordered the next size down from the biggest. It was a little short in the arms, but super short in the legs. Aside from the sizing though, this is a really nice robe. It's thick and plush, and the hood is a nice touch. I had to contact the seller directly, who was extremely helpful. At first I was told I would only get 50% refund. I was ready to just swallow it but then I received a message saying they would send me a new one at no cost! I was very pleased. It did take a little longer than I expected to receive it, but I wasn't complaining. The new robe was the largest size and still comes to just below the knees. I'm not sure why, but kids robes seem to run short. It was about the only one I could find for my 10yr old. They just don't make them in older kid's sizes. She loved it right away and wrapped up in it after her shower. On the second day she noticed she was covered in lint. I washed it a second time. Now she's not as excited about wearing it. I'll keep washing it to try to keep the lint down. One for an 8 and the other for a 10 year old. Washed and dried as normal and one of the robes was fine while the other one came apart at the pocket and at the hanging loop. I sewed both areas and they are fine now. The girls like them a lot, especially right out of the shower. Absorbent.
