Works great. Actually a little TOO great. I’m going to try dropping the dose to 2 capsules instead of 3, but otherwise am very happy with this purchase. I only use it when I OD on cheese which stops me up. Glad I have this to keep me regular when needed.

Took as directed. First dose didn’t do anything. But, after the second does and all thereafter, worked like a charm! Completely flushed my system and still doing so. On day 3. Highly recommend! Not on any GLP’s but do eat super high protein, very low carb the past 5 yrs and this lifestyle tends to make you blocked up. This product most definitely moves everything through!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Wow, this product really works fast. I was shocked at how effectively this product worked after my first dose. I took 3 tablets the first night, with very efficient elimination the following morning, then took 4 tablets the 2nd night for a whopping elimination! After that, I stopped dosage completely and I'm pretty "clean" at this point, but will continue using as needed. Worth every penny!

This was recommended to me in lieu of miralax as a natural alternative for my child. It works quickly and efficiently with no side effects. I would recommend trying a smaller dose to start and see what happens though. I had my mother in law try it recently because she gets backed up from her chemo. While it typically takes overnight to work, it woke her up from a dead sleep and had her going every hour for 12 hours, granted she hadn't gone in a week. So, while it's a 5 star product I believe they should have a variable dosage for some.

I was having surgery and was going to be taking opiates the last time I did that I did not use the bathroom for 3 days and was crying even with the prescription stool softener. I took this and my stool was literally loose. I did add a senna tablet to it along with a magnesium citrate but I think all I need is this. It's amazing!

So pleased I found this. After a lifetime of a pretty sluggish gut, & having tried dozens of things over the years for constipation (including colonics) - I’m just so relieved to have something that really does work for me. I would say to be careful to begin with. For the initial week / 10 day cleanse I took 3 tablets before bed each night & that worked wonderfully - a proper detox - let’s just say I’m glad I didn’t go for the 5 tablets! I now take 2 tablets at bedtime every 3 or 4 days just to keep things moving regularly. Absolutely no cramping, just gently go to the toilet properly on a daily basis now - over the moon :-) I would just add, not to take the tablets with a fizzy drink (as I read in one of the reviews) it really does speed up / increase the effect hugely & you wouldn’t want to be far from the toilet at all. We’re all different, but this honestly has worked wonders for me - none of that awful griping or diarrhoea you get with some old school laxatives - just naturally soft motions. Hope it works for you too x
