I have been very extremely satisfied with nbpure MagO7 as a gentle option for constipation relief. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So much gentler than other laxatives! I’ve had a really good experience with Mag O7. It has been much easier on my stomach than other laxatives I’ve tried. I especially appreciate that I don’t get the painful cramps I experienced with Ex-Lax. It helps keep my digestion regular without that uncomfortable, urgent feeling. For me, this has been a much better experience and something I’m very happy to have found. I would definitely recommend giving it a try if you’re looking for something gentler.

Maggie gets me right every time. No cramping, no taste just a good clean purge. Magnesium, potassium, rice flour, and citric acid are the only ingredients. I take it before bed and in the morning you will feel the difference. You can take them as needed. No side effects. You will feel lighter. I would recommend do every other day if you are backed up. Drink plenty of water when you do take the 3 pills to help with the purge.

I was sceptical at first. I felt I was wasting more money on something that wasn't going to work. I've tried numerous products that just didn't work. It either worked and caused a lot of stomach upset. Or didn't work at all. I took the three capsules at night with 8 oz of water. I hadn't even finished my first cup of coffee before it started working and continued to work all day long. I had to relieve myself about an hour after eating lunch and dinner. Before, I was having minimal bowel movements. Now, they are really full bowel movements. The only issue I had is that it caused a little bit of reflux in the morning when I got up. I will definitely keep using the product.

Amazing pills. I’m so happy to be able to find them here and not have to go to stores that sell supplement. I first learned about them when I was following the JJ Smith 10 day green smoothie diet and after that I’ve always stuck with them. I use the multiple ways if I’m really feeling like I need an extra push if I make a protein shake or a smoothie in the morning, I will empty one capsule in it and it’s not harsh at all. It’s very gentle. It won’t have you cramping at all not to sound like a commercial that I’m selling it, but I have been using this for years. Be careful with how many you take. I would advise probably not to go with as many as they suggest in the beginning because everybody system is different maybe try one at night and pay attention to your body for the next 24 hours or so then if you feel as though you can handle more go for that.

I have been trying to find a relief pill for so many years now. One that doesn’t contain so many different ingredients. Because I am on a GLP-1 I have noticed I went from being constipated to severely constipated. There would be times I wouldn’t use the restroom for 5 days straight. Maybe longer. And that’s with a healthy diet and regime. Being on GLP-1 worsened that. Now, with this, I have noticed I am going every single day. No issue. Just like it says “no cramping”. You really don’t with these. From someone who has been struggling with the restroom since high school, I couldn’t believe I finally found something that works gently and most importantly effectively. I read someone has been using this for over 20 years, I might keep this in my daily/weekly regime just to get some restroom relief. If you’re struggling like me, this is the way to go. Fiber only makes me bloated, and this helps a ton with little to no bloating. Which helps me see my progress.

Good product. I've tried a lot of things, and this is not a miracle, but is better than most things I've tried. I recommend it. My daughter told me about it and I'm so glad she did.
