New aluminum, 400 for 10 to 15 minutes. **Q: Curing temp and cure lenght in the temp? I'm a beginner but been around this powder coat off and on in my life. Doesn't it need like a negative charge** A: 14 to 16 minutes at 400 degrees. You'll need at least a hobbyist powder coat gun to apply this powder.
