My first experience with this company didn’t go well at first. Their courier lost the item whilst claiming I’d received it. By the time I’d claimed a refund they had sent a replacement so started a yo-yo dialog. Surprisingly they continued to offer support and due to all the hassle gave me a modest discount. The heater worked immediately once set up and gives out a huge amount of heat. On full output I got around five hours for 2.5 litres of red diesel; a reasonable return. The programmer not only controls the heat but gave us two on/off timers. The heater unfortunately stopped working the next time it was switched on with error code-03; notorious glow plug error. I contacted the seller and they’ve immediately agreed to replace the glow plug although this has developed into another yo-yo discussion. They ask me to test something, another day goes by then another question. Not good. So I’ve asked Amazon for a refund but it’s NOT POSSIBLE. Firstly they stated I cannot return the item because it’s got hazard combustible materials. Excuse me but they send plenty of those such as gas propelled deodorants and besides what about my statutory rights as a buyer receiving faulty goods. So whilst the product was good the service from both Amazon and the seller leaves me the buyer wishing I’d never started.

Failed to work... All fitted correctly as this was my 2nd install, 1st one worked flawlessly for 8 years ! This one failed to prime on initial startup ... The controller wouldn't or didn't recognise the prime buttons

bought 3 of these over 4 years, 1 lasted 2 years-after a easy rebuild kit about £15 its still going strong, bought the others about £79 as a spare so I could change them over in about 1/2 hour to keep the heat coming, I would reccommend these without a doubt-excellent heaters-heating a large 4 bedroom,4 bathroom house-please note closed doors on the living room and the rest of the heat goes up the stairwell but combined with a woodwarm multi-fuel burner stops any cold spots and is toasty

Had the heater a few days, so far working great. Heat genie app also working well. Would recommend.

Thermostat is not accurate - once the campervan warms up, the thermostat says 28 degrees inside when it’s actually 21 degrees. Bluetooth doesn’t work - the bluetooth connected at first, but i did an update and now it doesn’t work. My partner tried to connecting to it several times but it doesn’t work on her phone either.

I've installed 4 of these units from various chinese manufacturers in the past. They're all essentially the same and work simply, however I had the most issues installing with this one due to parts not fitting well. The jubilee clips supplied for the air intake hose were too small and were near impossible to tighten or even place around the hose where it connects to the heater casing. The same issue for the warm air outlet hose which was too small again to fit around the neck of the outlet vent. Managed to squash and sqeeze both on eventually but it's a very simple thing for the manufacturer to get right. Supply the right sized jubilee clips and hoses!!! Otherwise the bang for buck is very high compared to other heaters, even if overall the quality of the kit is a little underwhelming.

Absolute game changer for my old camper van. Quiet, efficient, super-toasty! Top tips: consider upgrading some of the components, so maybe an exhaust extension and a "turret" mounting plate. This is now my go-to diesel heater.
