Yes. It works on ear hair too. You can use it in the same way as when you cut your nose hair.

Does this contain lead?

Question was already answered - see Amazon questions. There are no Pb symbols and no indication that it meets RoHS requirements. It is not under medical certifications as its mechanical. If it contained Pb it would be a consideration for disposal of the device and also its container as it should not be buried.
