If use twice a day, will last 2.5-3 months

Can it be applied to the under eyes region for dark circles?

I don't. Strivecin has eye cream for that area. In my opinion it is safer, I use eye cream with retinol and it did improve my dark circles. Also face yoga Helped my dark circles big time. (you tube - lymphatic drainage for face)

I live in 80 degree weather. Does it need to be refrigerated?

I live in the south. I don't refrigerate it. Using it for almost a year. It works for me, huge difference in my skin. Although, having it cool would be refreshing but not necessary

Does it lighten age spots
